This website is operated by Artnsyn ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting artnsyn.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or be using the site with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and descriptions
We sell ceramic, glass, mosaic, and related craft and studio supplies. We try to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly. Many items are sold by the case; the case quantity is shown on each product page. Glaze and finished results can vary with your clay, application, and firing, and we are not responsible for results that do not come out as you intended.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or shipping charges, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you paid.
4. Orders and payment
You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed by resellers or distributors. Charges appear on your statement as Artnsyn.
5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. All sales are final except for damaged or defective items reported within the time stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Safety
Some materials we sell, including glazes and other ceramic materials, can be harmful if used incorrectly. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety information. We strongly recommend wearing a respirator and working in a well-ventilated area. You are responsible for using products safely, and we are not liable for harm that results from failing to take proper safety precautions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content, or to submit false or misleading information. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, photos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you give us permission to display and use it. Your submission must not be unlawful, abusive, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Our site may use third-party tools and link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artnsyn and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Artnsyn harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our other posted policies, are the entire agreement between you and us.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
