Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only (the 50 states) — we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories, and we do not ship internationally.

Shipping costs for most items are a flat rate based on your order subtotal:

• Orders $0–$100: $40.69
• Orders $100.01–$149.99: $30.69
• Orders $150+: Free

Slip, clay, and our artnsyn-brand glaze are calculated separately at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery times:

• Most items ship within 2–3 business days
• Slip and our artnsyn-brand glaze ship within 4–7 business days
• Some items — such as kilns — have their own stated shipping timeframe listed directly on the product page. That listing takes priority over the general timeframes above.

Most orders ship via UPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Orders ship from warehouses across the USA, so transit times may vary depending on your location.

Once your package has been scanned into the carrier's system, it's outside of our control — for any delivery issues after that point, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
